When these small changes didn't seem like enough, I knew I had to make a decision. I asked myself… Did I want the pain of thinking this wasn't good enough, but knowing I was actually doing some things that one day would add up? Or did I want the pain of trying to start asshole diets that I for sure was going to flame out on every single time? I lost 100 lbs and kept it off for 15 years by doing shit that diets taught me "wasn't good enough". This might be hard to do because you're conditioned by diets to do ALL the things at once.
