Phil Wang is a comedian, actor, and writer. His Netflix special 'Philly Philly Wang Wang' explores race, romance, politics, and his mixed British-Malaysian heritage. He recently released his first book Sidesplitter, part memoir, and partly a series of observational essays. 

We talk to Phil about his late teens when he returned to live in the UK after growing up in Malaysia, how he started getting into comedy and the joy of discovering our family histories.
