Happy New Year! We start our fourth season with a bang by sitting down with legendary Dan Pfaff. You've heard him speak on coaching Xs and Os, you've sat down at a clinic to hear him keynote, now hear his journey from southwest Ohio to coaching Olympic Gold medalists and world record holders. We learn his path from his time with Coach Tom Tellez at University of Houston, to head coach at UTEP, LSU, University of Florida, and private coaching all along the way. Dan now serves on the staff at Altis utilizing his skill of coaching the coach.  Near the end we get to just riff about subjects important to coaches such as *work/life balance *mentorship *coaching specialties and more. This is a can't miss episode and we're proud to kick of Season 4 with such a servant of the profession of coaching.
