Get into Care is a recruitment campaign that supports less advantaged young people to work in the care sector. It is a partnership of Crossreach and the Prince's Trust Scotland. Corrine Morrison-Gillies, Head of HR Operations and People Development at Crossreach spoke to Iriss about this award winning programme.
