He has a Master’s in Health Promotion Management from American University and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University with honors. Nick helps his patients and clients leverage “blood flow restriction”, or BFR, to replicate the same type of environment that is recommended to maximize muscle growth and strength. His expertise in BFR has led to him to partner with the largest continuing education provider in Europe - Kinesport - where he teaches physiotherapists about the benefits of this modality with their patients.
