What’s going on guys, Alex Yehorov here and in today’s video I’m going to be sharing with you My Top 5 Weight Loss Drinks That Helped Me Lose 11 lbs in 7 Days.
First of all, I want to make it very very clear upfront, I did not lose this weight just by drinking those drinks I am going to be talking about today.
I used them in addition to my IF and Keto Diet protocol.
But those beverages definitely help me speed up the process.

So, My Weight Loss drink # 1 is water with ACV plus Himalayan salt or sea salt.
It’s not a secret that water is essential to life and our body’s internal functions. Drinking 12 ounces of it first thing in the morning will help you focus on staying hydrated and maintain your energy throughout the day. Water also keeps you more full and thus helps you lose weight. Sodium is vital to proper muscle activation and contractions as well as managing our adrenal system especially when we are on KETO.
Salt provides the main electrolytes and minerals critical for normal function. However, don’t just consume any salt.
Use Himalayan salt.
A lot of studies have attributed ACV as a weight loss drink. The acetic acid present in it is known to reduce belly fat and further suppress body fat build-up.
