Description

In this episode Les chats with Erin Johnson from Pilatesartistry.com. Listen in to hear how Erin is using breath practices to reverse a history of asthma and how she is integrating what she has learned to her clients programs.
About Erin: Erin Lauer Johnson, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, is a movement educator and an Oxygen Advantage Certified Instructor. She brings over 1,000 hours of Pilates study together to marry an intellectual and athletic approach to teaching. Her varied studies in anatomy (cadaver labs) and allied modalities (shiatsu and other manual therapies) of touch inform her perspective as well as the visual skills she developed as a graphic designer. After serving as a teacher trainer and mentor in a different program for years, she decided to pursue her passion and start her own program in 2015. She is passionate about mentoring movement educators toward autonomous and inspiring teaching. Erin holds a B.S. degree from The Loyola University of Chicago in Communications.
