Description

In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about Alex Ovechkin and him being out of the lineup for the foreseeable future. All we know right now for sure is that he went home to deal with a family matter. It's being said that it has to do with an illness to his father. The Capitals are in must win mode and they're doing it without their leading gaol scorer. Family come first that for sure, but it's tough on the Capitals as the remaining games this season are must win games. Later Dan talks about Anthony Mantha's game and that even though hedidn't really show up on the score sheet his game is showing some improvement. In the last segment Dan talks about the Caps/Canes game and that Joe Snively, TJ Oshie and Darcy Kuemper were bright spots in a losing effort
