About The Speaker
Kelley Hinds has over 20 years of multi-sector experience in compliance, governance, and risk. Prior to joining Genentech in 2009, she worked in the healthcare, legal, and financial industries. In 2017, Kelley led the development of Roche's Human Rights algorithm and enhanced Roche's supplier audit program. She was appointed Procurement Sustainability & Compliance Officer in 2019 and has transformed Roche's approach to third-party sustainability and risk management. Kelley has a BA in Legal Studies and the Rhetoric of Genocide from the University of California at Berkeley.
