Today's Guest is founder and co-owner of Cool Beauty Consulting, speaker, and author. Bennie Pollard is a second-generation hairstylist and a true inspiration to everyone he meets! He is a 7-time NAHA finalist and a two-time NAHA winner, an international guest artist, and he has coached and mentored salons across the US. The launch of Cool Beauty Consulting happened in 2013 and in 2018 he released the book, “Small Business for the Rest of Us – One Dude’s Journey”. Bennie’s book is a business bio which provides insights into the highs and lows of building a successful business in the salon industry
