We all tend to go into certain Personality Patterns when we’re feeling overwhelmed or experiencing some sort of stress in our lives. There are 5 Personality Patterns, and whenever we realize that we've gone into a Pattern, our first job is to get ourselves out of the Pattern and back to being present. In today’s episode, I’m going to coach you on how to get out of each Pattern once you notice you’re in it. Because when we’re able to get out of Pattern, we have access to our learning brain, and we can operate as our true and authentic selves. This allows us to interact with our kids, partner, and all the other people in our lives – not from a skewed defensive Pattern – but through a clear lens.
