The position of the solar plexus chakra is best described as four fingerbreadths above the navel. It is connected to self-esteem, confidence, and how powerful or in control, you feel about your life.

You may choose to listen to the words I speak as you drink your favourite beverage or you may wish to record your own script with the affirmations that resonate with your energy or why not write down the positive statements so that you can read them whilst drinking that favourite cuppa, mine would be a Cappuccino!
