Description
In this episode, Corey and I chat with Crystal from the Abundantly Blessed Homestead about how the cost of real food might be more affordable than we might think. Crystal gives lots of ideas on how to stretch your budget (ie: drinking broth before meals to help fill you up) while still eating nutrient-dense real foods. She also breaks down the cost of a few meals she has made for her family and compares them to the cost of purchasing the same processed food version. While this episode does mention specific costs of certain foods, inflation and the market is ever-changing, and since this episode was recorded there has been some fluctuation. We address this at the end of the show for clarification for our listeners.
