let's talk about how i've changed my understanding of people pleasing and what it means as well as how you building awareness around how you are treated vs how you want to be treated is important in taking action to living a slay life!!!  

also i'm going to continue to try and update audio podcast bc i don't want to gatekeep and i don't want ppl to drive and get distracted with video!!! takes forever to upload video podcasts so i'll just upload audio versions and then you have option of videos on youtube too hehe
