Description

Trigger warning
This episode comes with a warning about birth trauma and recovery. Please give it a miss if you think it might be hard to listen to.

I speak with the incredible Illiyin Morrison. Illy is an author and mother of two. She is also a midwife, specialising in postpartum recovery and care, facilitating birth debriefs. Illy supports couples and birthing parents as well as non-birthing parents with an awareness that perinatal trauma affects all parties.
This episode is about the importance of being able to process our early motherhood and birth experiences. This period can be our most traumatic and transformational, and it is so important to feel listened to, validated and understood.
There is so much gold in this episode and one you will want to share.
