Description
As you may know Gut health plays a significant role in many chronic diseases. The walls of your intestines are the barrier between your blood system and the food you eat. They are supposed to stop junk from getting into the bloodstream. Candida, parasites, bacteria, viruses, and undigested food should NEVER get into your blood system. But, they do get into your blood system when you have Leaky Gut Syndrome. This is why Leaky Gut Syndrome is often called the 'Silent Killer'. In this podcast I talk about a new study linking autism to gut health, especially the microbiome. It's a fascinating area of research. I also talk about the recent study showing how babies born by C-sections have different microbiome than babies born vaginally. It's a big reason why C-section babies are more prone to getting sick from dangerous hospital bacteria. If you're interested in gut health then you don't want to miss this episode.
