And...did it ever. Those that ate three times per day had... MORE weight loss LESS hunger BETTER blood sugars FEWER cravings AND they needed less insulin! In this podcast we talk more about this study. We share the reasons why everyone should be eating less frequently. We also talk about the reasons why some can lose weight eating six times per day.
