In this episode, fear the elevator! Utena is settling into being the current victor of the Student Council duels, but she still seeks answers. She confronts Touga, and he gives her a little bit more information on what the Student Council is striving towards. There's also a dance happening at Ohtori, and Touga sends Utena a dress! Anthy convinces her to attend, and an absolute fashion moment is born when this dress is finally revealed. Saionji crashes the dance, and challenges Utena to a duel for Anthy and it all ends in an elevator confrontation ala Solange vs. Jay Z!
