We live in a world now where if we want something, we can most likely get it now or with 48 hours. If you're hungry just head over to a drive through and get some extremely processed food. All these things cause a huge misconception in our minds when we finally decide to make a change with our health/fitness. We think progress will come overnight. We believe that we can get some crazy jaw dropping results in 2 weeks. Yes this can happen, but in most cases it doesn't and with this being said, patience is what ruins the drive. Patience is all mindset, and with mindset comes a lot of struggles and pain because all the luxuries we have now a days don't really work with progressing towards our dream body. your journey will consist of consistent nutrition, training, hydration, sleep, and recovery. This does not end when the program ends. This continues for the rest of your life. While down your journey, I want you to remember this, It took your parents years to find each other, took seconds to make you, and 9 months to get you in this world. Beautiful things don't happen over night. Believe in the process.
