Chris: Simon Fraser Red Leafs, the only NCAA football school in Canada, drops football. After 2021, Great Northwest Conference stopped sponsoring football, joined the Lone Star Conference but SFU wasn’t renewed after 2022. D2 school was out of conference options, only 3 D2 schools went of Colorado. Program dates back to 1965, became D2 in 2010.
