In this episode, the pants need to breathe! Picking up from last time, Tough intervenes during Saionji and Utena's elevator battle, and ends up getting seriously hurt in the process. Because Touga is out of commission, Utena meets the other two Student Council members, Juri & Miki. Juri is really abrasive towards her, but Miki seems to be the only sensible one out of the bunch. Juri basically begins to haze Utena, and it might be because Utena is showing Touga appreciation for jumping in and saving her from Saionji, but why?
