Description

It was bad.    Real bad.    I had a few bowls of cereal the day before as sort of an indulgent gift to myself before the start of the new week (I love me a good bowl of cereal with oat milk). I haven't had it for several weeks and thought nothing of it.    Then the next day, it happened. All at once.    I had one of the worst cases of bloating, indigestion, brain fog, mood swings, and fatigue that I have ever had. It felt like a combination of what your stomach would feel like after drinking swamp water and what your body would feel like after pulling three all-nighters without any stimulants.    IT. WAS. TERRIBLE.    It took almost 24 hours of not ingesting anything but water to start feeling myself again. Then it hit me. It had to be the cereal..right???   Giulia Enders is here to share her insight on the gut to prove or disprove my guess.    Source: Giulia Enders | The Secret Life of the Gut   Connect with Giulia Enders:   Website: https://www.darm-mit-charme.de/buch.html   Book: Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body's Most Underrated Organ (Revised Edition)   Hosted by Malikee Josephs (Pronounced Muh leek Jo seffs)    Give Me A Shout:   Follow Me On Instagram @DepressionDetoxShow.   Email me: mj@depressiondetoxshow.com   Support The Show: Help Grow The Show By Donating
