Description

Ashleigh Di Lello has a unique story of recovery from disordered eating. It all started in childhood when she suddenly developed a life-threatening neurological condition that no amount of medical treatment and alternative therapeutic interventions could improve. In a desperate attempt to save her life, she gave up sugar and processed foods. It was excruciatingly hard and left her feeling deprived and obsessed. Miraculously, her medical condition eventually improved and she went on to become a professional dancer and live a radiantly healthy life. Decades later, however, she experienced another health setback. This time, she had to dig deeper and look at the mind-body connection. What she discovered is nothing short of amazing. Today, Ashley teaches people how to work with the mind to heal the body and create a healthy relationship with food.Florence's courses & coaching programs can be found at:www.FlorenceChristophers.comConnect with Florence on:FACEBOOK | TWITTER | INSTAGRAM | YOUTUBE
