Description
Today Amanda has Erin Bauchan-Caprara of Seam Ripper Society on the show! Erin tells Amanda how she came to quilting as a way to be able to add beautiful things to her home. Erin is a thrifty crafter and loves to source fabric and sewing tools from her local thrift shops. She learned the 3 R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) from her grandfather. Erin learned to quilt by diving head first into pattern-testing groups, which led her to learning a lot of new skills quickly. Erin enjoys trying new patterns while looking for ways to incorporate her thrifty finds. Please enjoy Erin!
