​​Martha M. Geaney is the author of the amateur sleuth Star O'Brien mystery series which begins with "Death on Clare Island." The series is set County Mayo, Ireland. Martha currently serves as the President of Citrus Crime Writers in Central Florida. She has been a member of SinC since 2017. Martha earned her Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies, and before turning to the mystery life, served as dean of a business college in the Pennsylvania State University system. Martha and her agility puppy, Turlough reside in Florida.
