This is such and important book and conversation, Jess describes this book as the book she was truly meant to write and the story she was meant to share. She gives so many actionable tips for parents who want to start this conversatoin early with their kids. And she talks about how to do that in a way that is not only gentle, but builds in the small conversations with your children every day.
