In today’s episode, I am joined by Keri: an RN, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and IBCLC. She is a mom to four young kids, including a set of twins! We will be discussing all of her breastfeeding journeys, but especially focusing on the unique experience of twins. We'll also talk about postpartum mental health and when to seek help, difficulty bonding with baby, and how to let go of mom guilt and accept when you need to make adjustments to your original plan.
