With no Kraken games to talk about (this show was recorded on Wednesday before Seattle faced Arizona), John, Andy, and Darren instead spend time breaking down the women's game between Team USA and Team Canada at the Winter Olympics. 
They then shift to some general Kraken talk, including taking a look back at the first half and making some predictions for the second half. 
Next, the guys recap some of the All-Star Game festivities and Gary Bettman's press conference at that event, before moving onto their segments.
