Description
Native is a low budget sci-fi starring Rupert Graves and Ella Kendrick. It was shot during the first half of July 2014 and Britflicks visited the Dagenham set and spoke with producers, the director, co-writers and work experience about making a movie.
Part 1 - Neil Atkinson (co-writer/producer) and Jim Fitzsimmons (producer)
Part 2 - Daniel Fitzsimmon (Director/co-writer
Part 3/4 - Tales from some of the work experience amongst the crew
Part 5 - Neil Atkinson - talking more specifically about the writing process
Part 6 - Jen Handorf (producer)
This really is a masterclass in low budget film making. For producers and directors it's about being creative to realise your cinematic ambitions. For writers there's real insight into what writing to budget means and how those limits you impose on yourself can be liberating and challenge your imagination.
We look forward to seeing and reviewing the finished film in the near future.
