The New York Yankees were swept by the Boston Red Sox this weekend. They dropped Friday’s game, 15-5, and after the rainout on Saturday, they were swept in a doubleheader, 6-2 and 4-1 respectively. We recap the weekend set and wonder if there is any hope for this team while Aaron Judge is out (for how long? Who knows at this point). The pitching, the hitting and the defense were all bad and the bullpen took a hit this weekend as well. And it’s Minors Monday! We focus on Trey Sweeney, one of the Yankees many shortstops and look at how he did for Somerset. Plus, TJ Rumfield, an unranked player who also plays for the Patriots had a heck of a week. And then we discuss Estevan Florial and Oswald Peraza and their places in the organization. Is it time to call them up?
