Description
Today I am reading the essay, The Dissemble, by author, blogger and art dealer, Carine Fabius.
From Carine’s “about” page on her website:
I am an author and blogger, art dealer, freelance museum curator, jewelry designer, and co-owner of Lakaye Studio, which manufactures all-natural temporary tattoo kits, using henna and jagua, a fruit from the Amazon.
I am a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I came to the States when I was eight years old; grew up in New York, spent several years in Miami, and headed west to Los Angeles, where I remain to this day. Life is good in California.
