Today the show was hosted by our Michigan Sports Network counter-part Anthony Bellino, who is the host of X's and Bro's in the Morning. Throughout the show, we were joined by some great guests to talk about Michigan athletics, the PGA/LIV Tours, and much more. We kicked off the show with Nick Baumgardner from the Athletic talking about a new book he's co-written in regards to Michigan football's 1997 season under Lloyd Carr. The book is titled "Mountaintop: The Inside Story of Michigan’s 1997 Title Climb" and you can pre-order it now! We talked some golf in our second hour as Brendan Quinn from the Athletic joined us. He and Anthony talked about the Rocket Mortgage Classic, and Brendan filled us in on how the course looks following the storms this past weekend. Anthony and Brendan also talked about the recent PGA/LIV merger and discussed what the company outline is going to look like. They also talked about the Department of Justice investigation, and more. In our final hour, we talked about Michigan football and their NIL program as Josh Henschke from Rivals.com joined us. He filled us in on who is running the program, how it's different from other NIL programs from around the country, what opportunities these young athletes will have, and much more. We wrapped up the show with Tim McCullough from the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mt. Pleasant.
