In this episode of Going Coastal, Marissa and Jon talk to Matt Malej, a Research Mathematician at the US Army Corps of Engineers Coastal and Hydraulics Lab on the importance of mentorship to career and personal growth.  Matt shares his experience as both a mentor and mentee and offers up some advice on how to initiate and cultivate rewarding mentor-mentee relationships.  Hear Marissa's perspective on how Matt’s mentorship has helped her personally as an early career engineer at ERDC.
