Description

Attorneys for Donald Trump have filed a motion in court asking to postpone his Florida classified documents trial indefinitely. Glenn says the excuses he gave Judge Eileen Cannon are ridiculous. Then, it seems the Department of Justice has finally righted a wrong and changed their minds in the E. Jean Carroll case. They have now decided to abandon plans to defend Trump in the lawsuit - saying in a court filing that they no longer believe he was acting within the scope of his presidential duties when he defamed her in 2019. Glenn says "Better late than never!"See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
