Take yourself to a space of dreams,

a place where everything you imagine for yourself,

is already yours.

PAUSE

And everything you have ever worked towards, 

is already within your possession. 

LONG PAUSE

Breathe deeply into your belly now,

holding this intention in your mind,

as the future dream guides your breath. 

LONG PAUSE

Let out a full, cleansing exhale, 

and slowly, feel your whole body fill up,

with each and every one of your dreams. 

LONG PAUSE 

Breathe as you ground yourself here.

PAUSE

Take this moment now, to settle into your space.

Where dreams meet your heart,  

Where your body can relax into the pace of your natural breath. 

PAUSE

To set yourself up for success,

and establish a deep and meaningful purpose in your life,

Requires you tune into your dreams.

It all starts with you,

and the beauty of your dreams,

that grounds you in the expansive possibilities of what tomorrow brings.

So on your next inhale, 

let your whole body expand, and connect deeper to the ambition, 

that fuels you,

and guides you along the way.

Feel your eyelids become heavier, as these dreams ground you, 

keeping you steady,

as you grow.
