Breath in your surroundings, and allow your eyes to close softly. 

LONG PAUSE

Nature can bring peace to anything that is troubling you. 

PAUSE 

We all can revel in the beauty, and the perfect timing of nature. 

PAUSE

As it unites us, 

PAUSE 

and it grounds us. 

LONG PAUSE 

So with your next breath in, turn down the voices inside your head,

and tune into the earth beneath you.

Hear her whispers carried along the breeze. 

Feel her dirt crumbling below your feet. 

Taste the fruit she’s provided for you to eat.

Breathe in the fragrance of her wildflowers. 

LONG PAUSE 

There is nowhere you need to be, 

No answers to be found.

Everything that connects you to your soul,

Is right here.

Breathe deeply, embracing your connection to the Earth.

And exhale loudly, deepening your connection.

An unbreakable bond, 

a connection with no bounds. 

You are grounded to the earth.
