This month, we’ve been going through a series on fascia and how this un-talked about connective tissue in the body can MASSIVELY impact gut health. Fascia is the key structure I work with in my clinic using craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation, and it’s the other-half of the work we do at Better Belly Therapies alongside functional lab testing and our Foundations Program. And on today’s episode, you are going to hear about Sydney - a real client in my clinic who recently worked with me for three months doing BOTH Craniosacral Therapy & Visceral Manipulation and functional lab testing to completely reverse her gut health troubles. When I met Sydney, she was struggling with chronic gastric pain, constipation and diarrhea, bloating, fatigue, and waking up in the middle of the night.
