Hello!For those of you new the forum, welcome! My name is Colin and I am the host of the FFF! This week I wanted to take a deep dive into what qualities and skills that compose of a rock solid flight attendant. I have found that since I have been employed by my airline for five years that there were things that stuck out to me as I looked internally at the person I have become since I started this job. Moreover, I also highlighted some bullet points from the NY Times article that will be linked below from my/our perspective. Personally, five characteristics resonated with me it what the make up of a successful flight attendant feels like which are outlined in the episode.
