There’s a knowing, already here for you…

PAUSE…

It is always all around you,

If you pause to feel it,

Sense it, 

Trust it.

PAUSE…

Never hidden or out of sight,

Always accessible.

PAUSE…

You just have to believe.

LONG PAUSE…

Within this knowing comes a blissful,

Magical moment.

PAUSE…

A moment when you acknowledge,

Recognize and fully allow yourself to,

Completely surrender to this knowing.

LONG PAUSE…

This expansive moment in time,

Where you live, expand, breathe, 

And know you are exactly where you need to be.

PAUSE…

Follow your instincts,

Trust your intuition. 

Believe in you.  

PAUSE…

Take this moment to breathe, 

Listen with your heart,

Feel with your soul, 

Let go of second guessing, 

Or half believing,  

And always asking yourself if it is real?

Where does this knowing take you?

Let go and breathe into the silence of just knowing.
