Welcome back to the podcast beautiful! It seems like there is a massive wave of change in the air! Old doors are closing and new doors are opening up and I can’t help but to feel a combination of “Bring it on baby!” & “Hold up Universe!” I'm sure you're also sensing a fresh, invigorating energy making its way in!✨ In this week's podcast episode, I'm excited to share the significant shifts that I've been undergoing. My hope is that by sharing, you'll experience a sense of connection and renewal, knowing that you're not alone in this transformative phase. We're all on a journey of evolution!? After wrapping up the recent launch of Baddie B University, things hit me like a tidal wave of OVERWHELM.  I reached a point of burnout quickly.  The effort seemed to outweigh the results, and this launch ranked among my least successful ones. :( While we did have sign-ups – and I'm sending so much love to these wonderful women – it flopped in comparison to our past successes. The feelings of failure, confusion, overwhelm, and anxiety about the uncertain future raced through my mind like race cars on a speedway! ? Thoughts like: "Do I even have what it takes?" "Is there a demand for what I offer?" "Could my business be on the brink of closure?" "Time to dust off the ol' resume and go 9-5?" "Have I let my team down?" . . . They say answers come during moments of silence, and girl, has that proven true for me. SO MUCH CLARITY HAS CAME IN. This period of feeling in “down mode” has compelled me to sit and REALLY reflect.  I've been diving into how my business operates, where the business can expand, how we can better support our students, and where I, as a leader, can improve. And yes, I have to mention that old traumas have resurfaced in major ways this week! Yucky/ unsexy personality traits have been luring in. All of my challenges, insecurities, and unresolved issues have risen to the surface, leaving me with no choice but to confront them, one by one. I've been facing them head-on, seeking to understand what emotions God/ Universe is asking me to feel and heal through right now… And most crucially, I've been deciding that none of these challenges will hold power over me. They won't define who I am. So, how did I manage to turn things around and make this latest launch my most SUCCESSFUL one yet? I'm sharing it with you inside today's episode!
