Anna Deacon  is a photographer, author, and wild swimmer who has a passion for telling peoples' stories  Recorded during February 2021 while Scotland was under lockdown restrictions, we talk about how Anna went from commercial photography to burnout and used that time to pivot and start doing a heart-led project: Writing "Taking the plunge" in collaboration with Vicky Allen.  "Taking the Plunge:  The healing power of wild swimming for mind, body and soul"And how things developed from here and this led her to write several books, the latest being a wild swimming guide.
