In this episode, it's time for a new rose seal! Souji Mikage, a high school student who's watching Utena, sets his plan to meet with her to save the life of his one true love, Mamiya. After meeting Mikage, Utena runs to Miki, who tells her that Mikage runs a special seminar on campus that even the faculty go to. And wouldn't you know, Anthy ends up going without telling Utena. She runs after Anthy, and there, the two of them learn the secret of Nemuro Memorial Hall where the seminars are held, and Mikage's world view is shattered.
