Those feelings over worry, fear, anxiety, stress, depression we all have canbe so overwhelming. We can forget they are temporary. They ebb and flow. But we can also forget that those feelings, while being real and true...they are not us. They do not define us. They are not who we are. We are the one who notices those feelings and emotions and reminding ourselves that can be a way to help move through them. This meditation hopes to help the meditator move through those complicated feelings to the other side. One breath at a time.
