He was a founding member of California's Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET), a unit developed to combat environmentally destructive criminal operations. John opens up about his rendezvous with leadership and valor, earning him the Governor's Medal of Valor in 2007, and his notable contribution in dignitary protection details during the Obama administration.
