IT'S LSU TIGERS GAMEDAY!!!!
The Tigers are on the road in Oxford taking on the Ole Miss Rebels in the Tigers third game of SEC play. Lane Kiffin's squad is coming off of a loss to Alabama at Bryant-Denny Stadium and a lackluster offensive performance only putting up ten points. Quarterback Jaxson Dart and star running back Quinshon Judkins have proven they have what it takes to orchestrate an explosive offense, but why haven't we seen that yet from Ole Miss? How can LSU's defense contain Dart and eliminate what they can do in the passing game so the struggling Tigers secondary does not continue to get exposed like it did against the Arkansas Razorbacks last week?
Plus, LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels will need a monster day. The LSU offense was elite in the second half against Arkansas and nearly the entirety of the game against Mississippi State because Daniels was able to deliver long bombs to Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas and there was an established run game that allowed them to control the clock. However, the offense cannot yet another slow start offensively. We saw LSU struggle in the first half against the Razorbacks, putting up only 10 points in the first half and even those points didn't come until later in the second quarter. Kiffin's squad can put up points and LSU cannot afford to get down big early.
