He is currently serving as an active police detective in his 30-plus years in law enforcement. Having served 20 years in uniform patrol and now in his 8th year as a detective in the Major Crimes Against Persons Unit, he investigates all Major Crimes such as Capital Murder, Homicide, Overdose Deaths, Sexual Assaults, Felonious Assaults, Burglaries, Kidnapping, Officer-Involved Shootings, Suicides, and Robberies.  Jennifer Coffindaffer’s career in federal law enforcement spanned over 28 years and included extensive investigative, operational, leadership and training experiences.  As a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), she specialized in gang, narcotics, organized crime  Scott Roder is an internationally recognized evidence specialist and founder of The Evidence Room. He has consulted over 1500 cases since 2001, because he has professional training in crime and shooting scene reconstruction. This makes him a qualified expert witness.
