This story begins with a family on a cross country RV trip seeing the sights. While rolling through the Badlands of South Dakota, they took a much-needed pitstop at dusk. Standing on the hillside watching the sunset the children noticed something rather large lurking in the shadows. All the kids then witnessed something much bigger and darker than the regular bison they had been seeing on that trip.
