Being a visible and vocal participant in meetings with leaders & execs present is hugely important when it comes to advancing your career - but I also know it can be incredibly intimidating and difficult.  No matter how much you work on your communication skills, sometimes the experience of being surrounded by influential leaders can feel downright overwhelming.
 
The good news is - you can get better at showing up powerfully DESPITE the intimidating and overwhelm as you develop a more resilient mindset.  The obstacles you face in those meeting rooms are ones you can totally tackle, and in this episode, I’m sharing some thoughts on how you can do this.
