Hosts Dr. Ernie Ward and Beckie Mossor, RVT, dive into the recently released AAHA Veterinary Technician Utilization Guidelines. They review the subtle - but potentially impactful - shift in proposed vet tech terminology and tips for optimizing your veterinary technicians.
