Just a year into his retirement from the NFL, Carl is now the CEO and Founder of the volunteer partnering app Rayze. He shares with Roman and Peanut how the idea for the app came after a trip to a youth detention center in Tampa, and how he brought it to fruition despite no previous experience in the tech space.
